Damn, summer is almost over, lets go get some flat water and get wasted one more time. Join us for the 3rd Annual Floras Lake Take Over!
Wakestyle is the motto this time, bring your boots! Come down and learn some of those kite low/powered moves that you've wanted to learn but the gusty gorge just won't let you try!
We're heading down to Floras lake Aug 29th - 9th but the official take over starts on the 5th, so come down anytime between the 29th and the 5th.
There is plenty of room to setup multiple tents at each site, super hot showers, cheap firewood, and some of the best flat water riding known to Oregon. If there is some trick you've been wanting to learn all summer but haven't had the right conditions, then this is the place to come practice it.
Post here if to setup carpools, as it's a 5 hour drip from Hood River, and about 4.5 hours from Portland.

Summer's just starting biatch! And, I'm gonna stick that shit in the gusty Gorge wind so I can throw it farther and higher with more power when I ride somewhere like Floras.

sounds like Shay will be back for a stint in august, he may enjoy a coastal crawl..
the lack of short skirts and cowboy boots and no short short cut-offs and high heels may make him miss his new home though 
if your going to take over the foriegn area and clog it up don't forget you trainer kites.

Nope, they laugh at the notion of using them. Of course riding bindings down there is more of a hassle if you want to ride some waves that are just a hop over a dune.
