We can all get together and find the goods.

Mt adams anyone??

the crater shot shows a tenth or less of the area, and the upper area , if accessible is huge as well.

Looking for all the skyline pics..

Here are a couple of shots I took when SCL and I were clowning around last winter. This year we are going to have an actual snowboard on hand for our one day window of opportunity.

Warren Millers new film is going to have a kite-skiing clip. I think it's that Alex dude clearing a HUGE road gap. You can see exactly 2sec. of him in this trailer:

I don't know if anything in kiting compairs to those cliff hucks!

Ohh great!! First, pictures of Rufus, now Georgetown/Haggin in the pics, now every dick, jane and henry will be out clogging up the locals spots that shouldve been reserved for the locals right? Laughing Laughing After 16 yrs of snowboarding, I'll never buy another season pass for that crappy gravity thing again. For right now, you never have to race anywhere to get fresh tracks in the pow, theres full lakebeds and meadows of it!!! Very Happy Very Happy.

.
Is kiteboarding a 'life long' sport? Surfing and skiing/snowboarding(?) are good examples of lifelong sports for many people. Do you guys think you will be kiteboarding in 20 years, or will you move on?

i was shocked to see so many 50 yrs old kite kooks Wink when i started, people who i later found to have a huge amount of experience about windsurfing Laughing Laughing Laughing (and even a lil kiting)

i learnt me a bunch....like how i can kite when im retired Cool

I can see myself as an ol' kite kook Wink

Lifestyle - it's all about the lifestyle. I think that is what has taken surfing as far as it has gone.

Was that even 2 seconds? It would be cool if they threw in a section about snowkiting, probably no sponsors though so why do it? Wink Also couldn't tell how many of those hucks involved landing and how many they pulled a chute on. Either way, pretty cool.

Its too bad the Warren Miller films have gone down hill (har har) since he's no longer running the show. Some of the best snowboarding footage I have seen was in his films from a few years back, now you are lucky to spot one boarder. Skiing seems to own it since his son sold the franchise to that conglomerate.

This will probably be the first year I don't go to see it on the big screen in 7 years.
