I figured they probably didnt think i was in trouble.
Advice taken. When i went out Sunday at the hatchery in the am then the event site in afternoon, i steered clear of everything and everyone.
The event site is so hectic, i cant believe no one gets hurt out there

I heard it was dangler He was mad his boyfriend broke up with him and took his aggression out on a poor windsurfer. I heard he was on an unsafe C-Kite too.
Dangler you should know better !!! lol
On a serious note... Hope everyone is ok and can learn from this to prevent it in the future. Always know your surrounding and the damage a kite line or board fin can do.
Stay safe out there respect the sport !!! |

Boy I was totally wrong in offering this guy any money, what are we all thinking !!!!
He needs some kite gear, get off that fing old school windsurf shit !!
The more windsurfing equipment gets smashed the better!
Yes on a better note, thank goodness no one was badly hurt
Yes Windsurfing is fun, I had 50 day windsurfing in 2011 but now I’m doing 50 day kiting and about 5 windsurfing, You need to turn to the dark side and take up kiting, you will never go back. Except for 5 days each year of 4.2 and 4.7 windsurfing at the Hatchery |
