Looks like Summer at the Sandbar except it's only 40 degrees and there aren't any kites out.

For HR, I consider tax day as the official season opener. Good water/air temp for most's ocean suit. Only a few more weeks really. Goes quick once the pesky holidays are over.

Thanks for the link, when the water gets to 42F is when I hit the river, until then I stay at the Coast. Promotion 5,4 does the job. Seems like the Gorge is getting more Westerlies this winter then in the past. I think its going to be an early season. I remember a 70F 9m day in March at the sandbar in 2007, but thankful for my Snowkite trip to Idaho Falls next week, and Corpus Christi trip in March.
