Friday I got a solid 4 hours on the water. Oh man am I paying for it in soreness today lol. It's all good though I felt like I got a lot better yesterday and I even managed to make a few passable turnarounds without having to sit down or losing my board. Happy days. At least I got on the water before heading to texas for a week.
