Just to be clear, basically the only area to rig and launch on sand is the very northern tip? It looks like there's only enough room for a few kites and you would need to stand in the water to launch. There are still no buoys there and the sign is a little confusing.

I know it's a little confusing, but the golden rule is to just not put any beach goer in potential danger. Just launch and access the water downwind of them.

"Okay, so here's the deal. You see that area over there and that other area over there on the other side? Just make sure you don't kook-out with your kite in-between those areas and you'll be good."
