Yeah, so there were several of us that wanted to skate at Tabor tonight, but with the rain, we decided on hitting up some of the parking structures downtown.
So Phil, Gman, and I were waiting for big and little stringy to get there boards and we decided we would just head over there and have the stringer's meet us at the top.
So after skating over we take the elevator to the 8th floor, but wait there are nine floors. Phil says, go all the way to the ninth. So I push the button for nine, and on the way up I say, "I'll send the elevator back down to the first for stringer". So I have my finger on the button for the first floor as the doors open. Standing in front of us as the door opens is a renta cop giving tickets to two guys with mini-bikes. time seems to freeze while the guys on the bikes are staring at us, and I am frantically pushing the door close button waiting for the cop to look up and bust us. Just as the doors start to close the cop sees us and yells for us to hold it and come back.  It totally felt like a scene from a bad sitcom. We are all like, nope, time to head out.
Unfortunately for the stringers we couldn't get a hold of them before they went up there and got busted

Man, that sucks! I hate getting busted by cops for skatin. But what the hell did he charge you with (being in garage w/o a car)? Sounds stupid, but at least it shouldn't matter too much.

| He could give you a warning for trespassing if you don't have a car there. We didn't get busted since the doors closed before the cop could stop us. Stringer got the warning though.

Did some solo runs on Tabor last night. Was getting some checkity-checks.... its weird my foot setup on my new board naturally seems to put more leverage on my toes so I was getting more slide on my toeside carves.
One time got more than I bargined for and almost ate it, I think I was standing up too much.
