Phil, you can throw my 78 flashbacks on and see how you like them. SUPER sticky.
I thought you were supposed to crash? Can't wait to see Colby's pictures. My cannon shutter is having issues i'm sure that will be a cheap fix...NOT.

Those wheels will slide too, you just want them because they are orange. That looks like a nice board for bombing. I love my dervish though. I would definitely buy it again.

Dudes, found this video on the east side sight. Its essentially the reuban equivalent of long boarding. While it does look a little psycho, I think it gives us something to shoot for. Some of those turns look absolutely sick!!!!

Yes they are orange, and awesome.
I know any wheel can slide, I have seen the Adam Colton video where he does it 20 times now. Checkity check, checkity check!
I like carving, got several runs with no foot brake the whole mountain. My wheels drift a few inches on really hard carves. Only had to emergency foot brake once when white shirt dog walkers distracted me from a turn.

Yeah, I think for me carving is the most fun. I imagine eventually I will get to a point where going faster and faster is cool, but if there is traffic and/or people it makes me a bit nervous to not ahve breaks.
I like the dervish since it is flexy enough to really pop out of each of the carves and kind of unweights you like your snowboarding with less effort. Go ahead and get the east side board though and it will give us something else to ride
