Signed and forwarded on to as many kite industry people I know.
Just corresponded with Toby from Kiteforum. He is posting it up there today as well. He just did a test and was able to sign it, so YES it allows outside of USA signatures!!
Have also forwarded on to a few large kite shop/schools, such a the guys at REAL, so that this petition link can find it's way onto every email newsletter in the sport and hopefully into the inboxes of all riders.
I don't think everyone is aware just how important this issue is. Having it decided in Washington DC on the federal level means precedent will be set. If we lose, then it will be much easier for there to be BANs on kiteboarding all over the country on ANY public lands.
We've already lost Yellowstone and Teton parks. Both which have SICK terrain and options for snowkiting. Many people have worked very hard to preserve access in Cape Hatteras, as being a National Seashore, they are under the parks system.
This effects all kiters everywhere, even if you never have any plans to kite in Oregon wilderness.
Please sign and forward to as may people as possible!! _________________ Liquid Force Kiteboarding in the Pacific Northwest.

| signed with included reasons why. Please take the time to write something in the comment box. It is my understanding that when opinions are tallied, heavier weight is put on signatures with personalized entries. |

signed and added comments (good suggestion). Forwarded to other kiters.
i'd like to put together a US kiteboarding Advocacy website. I think we need to look at this as a national kiteboarding issue. not a snowkiting issue. I know lots of others agree.
Every legit outdoor sport has a group like this: climbing, mtn biking, bc skiers, kayakers, etc. We need a group like this to be legitimate.
I'd like someone else to buy the URL and SSL so I'm not the only party involved-which could seem sketchy. |

Thought I wouldn't? Added my 2 cents. The peeps are signing too. Isn't that why we protect the wilderness so we can enjoy it? Props Tim |
