Hey All!
A bunch of area photogs are meeting in the Gorge on Saturday Aug 16th to play. We may head up to HR for lunch (and possibly shoot some action).
What are some favored fun spots in HR for a bunch of camera geeks to eat, drink beer, and enjoy?
P.S. -- I wasn't able to make it to the Blowout, but it sounds like you all had an awesome time! Some of the stories I've read here are very cool!

Heh! I guess as long as they have edible food (and <21 are allowed in the restaurant) Full Sail would rock for me -- I like the amber ale!

| 6th Street is one of my favs for beer/burgers. The Pub on the main street is really cool too and they have good fish and chips. |

You guys are in luck. A friend and I are headed up to Hood River from Cali for 5 days next Thursday. Prepare for the sickest riding yet seen. haha kidding.
I read about a sushi restaurant in Kiteboarder mag. is it good? Any other must hit spots. No need to repeat any from the best burger topic. Thanks, Wade |

Wade.....Sushi Okalani on 1st and Oak is excellent. Happy hour @ 5:00 is a great deal and the chefs are some of the best kiteboarders in the Hood.
Also, Brian's Pourhouse has a cool basement/backyard bar that can be fun as well. Good staff, food and brews. |

Good stuff:
Try the shrimp in buffalo sauce with an IRA. MMMMMMM
Also give Brian's pour house a try. Good portabella mushroom sandwitch.
HorshFeather's has some good food as well.
The Shed is a nice spot too.
Fisherman's inn is good
