No camping is allowed on that stretch of beach.

You are allowed to be on the beach but you cannot sleep Surprised

Same with your vehicle on some of the roads (like Delaura Beach Rd.) You can park your vehicle and be there all night, but you cannot sleep or camp Rolling Eyes

There is a KOA near the entrance of Ft. Stevens. There are a bunch of logging roads east of Astoria Cool

Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the official rules on camping on the beach in Clatsop and Tillamook Counties.

It doesn't say anything about "No OverNight Fishing".

so when the patrol dude comes out and asks you what you are doing there in the middle of the night, just show him the 3 fishing poles you have lines out on for night fishing
