Lance..

I didn't have anything to do with the pic.. I swear...! I don't even have a blue 12m Havoc!

But not complaining!! The photographer sure has a good eye though.. as to what makes a good shot.

I think it is more of a subliminal sign.. about which kites are the most likely to be successful...

twin fin,
great job helping on the blowout. I appreciate your efforts.
I just wanted to mention about the aqua dock launch.
If possible it would be good to acquire a large piece of carpet or artificial turf for the ground covering.
Kites get drug across the asphalt sidewalk and my kite was the victim of asphalt tears this past weekend.
I know the launchers had a couple of mats available, but a larger piece might be more effective in preventing rips due to abrasion with asphalt.

thanks,
stringy

BTW, thanks to Yardsale we are adding one more aquadock to the setup. That should help with launch angles. Also, if there is anyone willing to pickup some carpet. All you will have to do is contact a carpet company. They are always ripping out perfectly good kiting carpet from their jobs.
Jeff will be too busy taking care of other stuff.

I will have some as well. Good to have them in the staging area parking lot if it's like it was for BOG. My kites were drug across the parking lot along with my bars from the grassy area. Not good! So, I'm happy to share our tarps as well, and can pick some additional ones up from Costco! It would be sweet to have some that are on the pavement and then go down the hill a bit because at the top of the launch, lines were getting stuck on the little branches at the top of the hill.

Home Depot also has the black plastic or white painters plastic for pretty cheap as well.

Seattle's been representing a lot lately. See ya down here Stringy!

How and when do we get from HR back to Stevenson? (Still waiting for spousal clearance. This would make 4 weekends in a row dedicated to kiteboarding! Very Happy )

We'll have a van at HR and should be able to squeeze in a couple of extras for the ride back.
