That's lame. Attitude like that breeds.

I always bring two pumps in case someone elses breaks. I'm under the opinion in kiteboarding more than any other sport it's good to make friends.

That's how i feel, but now i am ready to bring back the old ways .Just like when surfing there are no friends except your crew. I like kiting because every one is so nice ,this really blew me away. we just wanted to ride two .

I showed up at Mokuleia on Oahu without any board (didn't want to pay the airlines), tradewinds cranking, clean surf, and within 5 minutes I was given a BRAND NEW kite surfboard to use, and new boards every day I went kiting - treated so well I was blown away - so much aloha.

Disappointing to think that here in Oregon we have some guy who's uptight about lending out his pump - I mean come on, remember the Golden Rule, Fool?

Hey, I'm the guy with the pump.

When you came up to me wanting/demanding my pump, I said "You are welcome to use it here, but I don't want my pump half-way up the beach, I'm just about to go out." Then you grunted something in disbelief and walked away, then came back to try again. I never said you'd take it, I said I was going to put it away in my car before I hit the water (my standard MO), so you had like 10 minutes to bring your kite down here to pump it up. I also said there will be a bunch of kiters up where you are parked soon if you don't want to pump up here. You could have used it on my terms, but choose to walk away since you wanted it on your terms. Like I know you ??

Next time, just drive to Seaside and buy a pump from Josh rather than dump a load of negative shit on me because I didn't jump for joy and give you my only pump to possibly walk away with.

Oh, and I don't appreciate being harassed on the water (as you enjoyed doing) or threaten in forums like this. I'm a real person. Seems like just a big joke to you.
