1. It has to blow north at Sauvie. Straight north.
2. I kitesurf has probably THE worst predictions for Sauvie. The best there is for sauvie is airnet and its free.
3. I got a text message from God and he said that it will never ever blow at Sauvie again. EVER.

Guess you'll have to sell that 20m kite now.

He thought he lost it, but it was behind the couch cushion along with some really old doritos, the february edition of Hustler, and some fingernail clippings.

Hit him up, I think he may go sk8 kiting at the AP tonight.

I can't believe you guys are thinking sauvies...... Rolling Eyes

With the river current, and especially wind direction, your best bet is to stay @ home and watch desperate house wives...I'm not saying it's not possible, but the odds are really against you...Even if it looks nuken outside and the wind is coming from the SW....

Please....For the last time,

Sauvies is best when the temp in P-town is between 80-90 degree's
and.....the temp @ the coast is cooler by more than 10 degree's
and the wind is fu**'n blow'n from the North to Northwest...
and never...ever go there on a straight west wind....

Fu** Sauvies....
Here's an idea.....STEVENSON....!!!
Beside the little bit of rain, the wind right now
is blowing about 23 from the west...
With the current, you'll be working harder just try'n to stay downwind...
Just my 2-cents.... Wink

Shocked Never thought I would hear Tony saying that.

But thanx for the low down on Sauvies - for those of us who are not schooled on it .

Dude, the only reason I like Sauvies (during the summer time) is because I used to see plunty of girls in Bikinis.
I figure kiting, girls w/ bikinis and beer go together like cheese and wine...But last time I was at Sauvies, I saw a 50 year old fat guy walk past, wearing a really small undersize thong....I got scared sh** face ever since... Shocked

Seriously speaking...I still like Sauvies....but @ 4.25 a gallon on gas, I rather hit it when I know damn sure the wind is right.....

The forecast was from i(can't predict)windsurf.com computer model. It looks like their computer model today is indicating 10 from the west. Regardless it looks like rain and shity weather today.

Correct, kiting, girls in bikinis and bear go nicely together.

To keep your harmony while looking at 50 year old fut guy in a thong you need to nibble at crusty delight while pumping your gojoe.
