kiting westport / half moon bay washington?

hey there, i'm wondering if anyone knows anything about kiting in the westport area of WA. i'm trying to find somewhere cool to stay on the washington coast for a little family reunion thing, and i know there's surf there, is there wind?

I've kited westport. It's a fun wave spot and there is a little bay you can kite in too. Take a surfboard in case of no wind as the surfing rocks there.

Most of us Seattle folks go to Ocean Shores and kite at Damon Point. Its pretty good on most directions - flat water and waves. Do a search of the seattle forum and you'll get a lot of good info on it.
