Hey All,

As many of you know, The Best Odyssey is a world kitesurfing expedition. All the details can be seen on our website: http://www.offshoreodysseys.com. The yacht is a 2002 Lagoon 570 catamaran. We have 3 full time crew- Captain, Stew/Mate and chef. We very often have professional kiteboarders onboard and often work with the media. The boat operates as a time share for a group of owners who are all pretty serious athletes. We have been underway for the past year, beginning in Italy and operating across the Caribbean. We have just transited the Panama Canal and will be sailing the South Pacific, Micronesia, the Far East, Indian Ocean and beyond for the next 4+ years.

The position entails interior and exterior cleaning and service prep for our chef when needed. Typically this entails one full day before and after each trip, and about an hour each day maintaining order. We do not operate like a super yacht- no uniforms, no kissing ass. But we run a tight ship and take work and play seriously. We kite, surf, dive, spearfish and explore the most remote places on the planet in style. Our chef is Michelin accredited and world class. Our owners are part of our family and we're all one big team. The website spells it all out.

Health insurance/benefits after 3 months, one RT flight home after one year, one month paid time off after one year. Salary depends on experience and ability. All expenses on board are covered.
