Asking for my nephew who started last summer. He has to go to a wedding in Oahu and he wants to kite. He knows it blows in Oahu, but it is light. . .
He will be just happy with wind, sun, and warm water/beaches. He doesn't need swell or waves.
Any info is appreciated.

| I would just plan on kiting Kailua Bay (Oahu) and just be prepared to head to Maui if conditions are blowing better there. |
