Catch Willy when it's early AM.
nice place to stay
either the B&B
or a campground with full showers
cool vibe
even the windsurfers
are getting used to it
go when it's not too crowded
in the week
or later in the year
but not too late
Willy has to go surfing

no one to make sure you have your mittens or your roller-coaster car has the bar strapped down tight.
