Some of you may have noticed sticks and logs have drifted in to your rigging area, launching and landing zones over the winter.
I know you were waiting for this personal invitation before you helped out.
Well now you have it.
You are invited to clean your beach.
A few minutes of cleanup can save you the cost of a kite repair, or medical bill.
If you need to get on the water first, go for it, but as you fold up your kite spend a few moments enlarging the safe spot.
The big cleanups cause issues with regulating agencies, small ongoing efforts get the job done with no conflict.
Wherever possible please put the wood into the water and let the current float it off.
piles of driftwood piles tend to attract out of control kiteboarders, and big burning piles of driftwood piles tend to attract unwanted attention.
