First day on the water, although I must admit that when the wind backed off and my lower body parts hit the water... whoa, still very chilly water temperatures going on.

Nothing fancy as we just wanted to knock the dust off the gear and get wet. Session was pretty short as the wind could not make up its mind whether it wanted to go or not.

Thanks Mr. Kyle Flower/Airush North America and Mr. Pepi Gerald/Second Wind Sports...

Jenna going for down loop hair adjustment move. She managed to stay completely dry during her thirty minute session.

Obligatory cool shot on the beach prior to getting wet. Hope I make it back...

The 100 degree rule was not broken. Not sure what the water temperature was, but the air temperature was 65 degrees. Downright balmy...

Any parking tickets or warnings?

I have a 4WD and am able to get up on top of the burm that is just before the parking signs. Unfortunatley they have pretty much completely eliminated all the parking that used to exist. Use caution as there are something like four no-parking signs now.

Maybe two cars can squeeze in there now... Sad, because it is such a great kiting spot... Looks like a lot more Rowena, and/or figure out a launch plan over at Doug's Beach. Now that we are speed flying over there, I have some good ideas for developing a kite launch spot as well.
