Hi, im interested in swapping an apartment or house in hood river and giving my beachfront condo in Flamungos Mexico in exchange (located 20 min off puerto vallarta airport) condo is called "Acqua Flamingos" and there is maybe a half a dozen of regular kiters who live in the complex. Warm water and you launch right off the beach infront with 15 to 25 thermal knots average in the windy season (Feb-July)

Dates: we would like to get maybe 2 weeks summer and you can get the couple weeks in a month like April or May, June...
Or do it the weeks you want we go and you come same dates

April May June are ALL windy months in PV/Bucerias. 2 years ago it was fun 12m for almost all of April and into May. Super fun hometown and international crew at the very friendly launch!! I'm coming back. Was there once for the Regatta May 1st, now I'm there every year:

Still avail.
Can be a condo or a house exchange.
Looking for a couple of weeks in Hood River or nearby Gorge.
We give you a couple winter weeks or in windy time (feb-July)
Or same exact dates.
Warm all year with great winds beachfront and miles of long white sand beach
