Hood River Help!

Hey everyone!
I'm a newbie on this forum, still trying to figure it all out! For a short intro, I'm Kareen, an avid kitegirl from France, and I got a job in Hood River for this summer (yaaay!)! Super stoked! So here's the thing, I'm starting to look up accomodation, rents or roommate in Hood River June-August, and to be honest, I'm having a little hard time.. So I'm seeking help from you fellow kiters! Any tips, places or websites I should look up in particular, people I could contact, or just general advice?

Hi Kareen :

Sounds like your plans have you coming in to town a little after the season starts around here, so housing might be a bit tight or already taken up by then.

You may want to consider the option of having to sign a lease by May in order to get a place locked in before they are all gone.

I would think that whomever your employer is in town, they should be your best resource for securing proper housing in town during your employment stay.
