Check out the tire marks. The Port may consider placing an updated sign "Do not drive onto sandbar (unless a sizable audience is present to savor the event.) A school bus apparently couldn't make the turn coming down 13th onto Cascade and slid over the edge or roadway beside Praters Hotel.
