I just pick up a Snowmobile to scout Snow kite locations.

I would like to meet up with anyone with a sled that wants to get out once we get a little more snow. I really don't want to go solo.

I got an extra spot on my trailer so I can haul someone if needed.

Shoot me a PM.

Thanks

John

Nice your post good sharing and Are you feeling the warming during this summer season? As temperature are going day by day increasing and it’s become very difficult to survive in hot air during the daytime.....Smile

Got up on St Helens today to run sled and see how the board rack I installed works. Not not much snow right now couldn't get up to the plains.

Thanks Mike for showing me the ropes.

On sunny days their is often a good east wind on yale resovoir on the way up to st helens so bring your water gear and launch at yale launch if you dont find any wind with the snowmobile

No action shots. There was no wind and not enough snow to get to the plains.

sounds like a good start warmup... oh the memories of riding slushy st helens in the rain ... to get soaked and ride rough up to snowline .....

low elevations by cougar makes for some wet sledding conditions to get to the plains...

on a great day maybe ride the sled to the icy summit for some scary fun descents... if the gods of global climate allow you may be blessed with the wind too.

looks and sounds good but usually that place doesnt put out the goods.... but keep at it it does happen to the educated attempts with some weather fore site.

cold frontal winds .... Idea

All rain and still not enough snow to get to the plains. We got pretty close but you just cannot get past the big trenches that leads to the climb into the plains.

Dangit!
