Newb question: I left my stuff in its bin for two days in the garage last week before hanging everything up to dry. My bar was in there too. I can handle stinky neoprene, but when it comes to the lines and bar, if they're stinky (I don't see any mildew), is that going to degrade them? Suggestions? I brought them into my kitchen (thankfully the wife is out of town for work for a few days) to really dry them out with the warm house air (instead of dark, cold garage).
Am I over thinking this?
Sarcastic remarks are welcome too. lol. |

The stink you smell has to be from organic matter that has become embedded in the lines. The line material is chemically the same stuff as a ziploc bag. It can't rot & won't be affected by the organic material rotting. A good vigorous rinsing with the lines unwound should do away with the stink. |
