Novemberlies!!! SPI ain't got ---- on this.
sorry but still having a blast out there, even injured.
Lyle had a solid hour of sun and 8m today and gave me and metaldog quite the ride. Got there, suited up and self launched in under 15, definitely a rcord for me. Several boosts that hit second gear, bunch o rolls and swell riding, it was so good. Then suddenly the rain clouds rolled in and Triton unleashed his furies. Yeah, we actually kited in hail and 40mph gusts for a while there, right around 4:19. Mother was trying to tell us something. So we took a break. and then we went back out, when the sun came back out. But alas the wind died.
Of course on the drive back to Hood wind like crazy at Bingen and Mosier (especially Washington side).
At some point the cold and shit will outweigh the fun, but I don't know when...

Nice. Fun day. Same changing conditions from the Event Site but no hail. (8m) Squalls, sun and rain intermixed with moments of pure bliss and WTF. Overall, good times.
Tomorrow looks decent. Anyone hit Rufus today??

Conditions at the Wall were similar.
Sunshine but a bit gusty. Then around 3:00 a rain squall shows up and brings gusts to 50mph. (no hail) Thankfully I was windsurfing and was able to stay on the water through the whole thing. Definitely my windiest half hour of the season. Then the sun came back and the wind pretty much died.

cherry today
it started off innocently enough. Tried really hard but struck out with Rowena, she's such a fiesty lady.
Went for Rufus like I'd go for Heidi Klum--sheepishly, feverishly, then with reckless abandon.
A little painful, there was blood
But I rode it out till i was too sore to go on.
sunshine head-hi swells and good folks
Already dreaming of next time
