Guess he expected kite would just drift down to window edge on its own? The kite and stake took off downwind and wrapped another guy's lines, no injuries. No gear damage AFAIK. Obviously: raison d'etre of a chicken loop is the ability to punch out! Self landing stake =/= autopilot! Somehow at certain times the obvious escapes novices.
