South wind forecast for Oregon coast looks impressive!
Which are the best south wind spots on the coast? Which are the most protected?
Do you switch from south jetties to north jetties?...
I've done only one south wind session and it was pretty big and messy at the shipwreck.

Just about every exposed beach in central and northern Oregon can get decent storm winds as opposed to the thermal oriented north winds which are only good at certain locals. You can pretty much pick in old beach and head out if you are storm wind kiting.

However, the real steep sand beaches like Gleneden and Neskowin can produce some nasty shorebreak right on the dry sand which can be abusive to the bodies and kiting equipment. Best to avoid those kind of spots unless you are a glutton for punishment.
