you know when you dress up your dog and he looks at you like "I am so humiliated".
that's what I felt like with that gopro on my head. figured if I was going to bob in the water for that money shot, I'd at least throw a telletubby on my helmet Laughing

anyhow sunday was just as entertaining as saturday, but jesse does put on a spectacular show.
thanks to those that helped bring the BOTG to the forefront of pro/am kiteboarding and keeping it as grass roots as they do. the event went off very well, tony and carol did a great job as well as grom and shannon announcing all day. not to mention shannons kiteloops are pretty legit
just a couple from the final heat yesterday.

Thanks for taking the time to take and share your pictures you guys. I really appreciate it!

Stringy's shot at the top of this post and Rachel down near the bottom is what it's all about for me. I love to see the smiles on everyone's face. It's not about who wins the heat, it's about who is having fun and enjoying their time on the water.

This event started and exists first for the amateurs, especially the kids. We are already working on ideas for improving it for next year and getting more of the groms and girls on the water.

Thanks again to everyone who came out to watch and support the riders. Getting big crowds on game day makes it that much easier to get sponsor involvement for next year.

Looking forward to the Blowout!
