Anyone out there know or can direct me to who knows this answer? If de-power throw is too short, the kite won't de-power all the way. If the de-power throw is too long, the kite could invert. Same with the safety line. Usually no problem if there is too much throw, but not enough throw and the safety won't work reliably.
