SOLD A 2011 LIQUID FORCE HAVOC KITE AND A BOARD,TO A GUY NAMED NIK PACK, AND GOT THE MONEY.

WE BECAME FRIENDS, SO I SOLD HIM MY ANOTHER KITE FOR A LOWER PRICE THAN I WAS GOING TO 'CAUSE I LIKED HIM. DAH.....HOW DUMB WAS THAT!!

STUPID ME.....DIDN'T GET TH MONEY UP FRONT 'CAUSE I KNEW HE WAS FINANCIALLY GOOD FOR IT......BUT HE DIDN'T SEND THE MONEY!!!

I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND WRITING EMAILS AND TEXT MSGS TO NO AVAIL FOR 2 YEARS.....YES, TWO YEARS!! WHEN I DID GET IN TOUCH, THERE WERE SORRY'S AND THE "CHECK IS IN THE MAIL I PROMISE AND I;M SOOOOO SORRY...THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT FRIEND AND PUTTING UP WITH THE DELAY IN ME SENDING THE MONEY."

I AM NOT IN THE AREA OF SEATTLE TO GO TO HIS HOUSE OR PLACE OF BUSINESS.....PACK FABRICATIONS IN TACOMA, WA., NOR DO I HAVE THE TIME TO TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. AND HE KNOW THAT.

NIK PACK IS HIS NAME.

PACK FABRICATIONS IS THE NAME OF HIS BUSINESS.

IT'S ULTIMATELY MY FAULT BECAUSE I TRUSTED SOMEONE I THOUGHT WAS MY FRIEND, NOT JUST A PASSING PERSON, AND THAT I DIDNT GET THE MONEY UP FRONT. SO STUPID ME.

I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE MONEY OR PLEASE SEND THE KITE BACK TO ME.....I'LL PAY SHIPPING, JUST SO I CAN SELL IT AND GET SOMETHING AT LEAST.....'CAUSE AT THIS TIME,,,,,,I'M NOT GETTING ANYTHING.

IF SOMEONE WILL HELP ME GET MY MONEY OR THE KITE BACK.....I WILL GIVE A REWARD.

BASICALLY,,,,,,,HE STOLE MY KITE AND/OR MY MONEY FROM ME. WE HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT AND HE DID NOT FOLLOW THRU.

Thanks. I dont like publicly calling people out 'cause it airing dirty laundrywas a big part my fault...and this showed my stupidity as well. AND if i didnt know the person, cash first, then product. This was different....OR NOT!

Rumor has it that NIK wants to call his Lawyer for slander. I didnt slander him.....I spoke the facts. He agreed to buy my kite and never sent me the money. Again, I should've gotten the money up front, but I didnt 'cause I liked him and also knew he was financially good for it and never in a million years think he wouldnt pay.

have used paypal many times. they have a dispute division if you need. make them pay up front. that the downer to buying something on line. !!!

Well Dangler.....he has said for two weeks now he would send it. The excuse was he forgot to put the 'check in the mail', so I gave him until end of this week before I take legal actions. I dont want to do that 'cause that isnt who I am,,,,but he took my kite without paying for it per our agreement that he would.

I mean.....what the hell am I to do!! Life needs that money to continue to pay bills, health and truck insurance, food, and gas for truck to get to work, and rent to have a roof over my head!

So to my knowledge he is not interested in kiting any longer. Rumor has it is that he gave it away as a gift, just as i heard he supposedly received it from me......AS IF I WOULD EVER GIVE A KITE AWAY TO A PERSON IM NOT DATING OR MY PARENT/SIBLING....AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CHARGE MY FRIEND.

Arla, send this chiseler a certified letter stating your facts, when and where the debt occurred, list any witnesses that can verify the debt, time and place, etc. Give him a specified time limit on payment.

Small claims court is your best bet if you have ducks in a row.(proof of debt is paramount.)

You need corroboration,emails or messages admitting the debt or stalling payment, someone anywhere in the time line that heard him acknowledge the purchase, or admit to the debt.

Even if you get the judgement, collecting is problematic. You should be able to turn it over to a collection agency and receive a portion. Hopefully when he sees you're serious about legal amends he'll pony up.
