I stopped by there a couple of weeks ago to check out the spot. Looks like a descent enough launch. Definately do not drive on the jetty - that will get it shut down. _________________ Still rockin gojos, *ssless chaps, and ankle weights! |

The launch has worked very well since being completed last fall. The big thing to note, however, is that it is only an EAST WIND launch at this time. West wind exposure is in a wind shadow due to vegetation extending down the jetty.
The CGKA is hoping to be able to create good west wind exposure at the site, but that may be a year or two down the road. |

Check out Sella's link above. It has great before and after shots. We had a great time out there last year when it was christened by the CGKA. Really good East wind launch but maybe a little iffy for west wind. I would recommend Stevenson for the west wind as it is pretty much the same spot in the river. |
