Does anyone know the details of the Port's new high water plan?

The link to Event Site Rules on their website doesn't seem to work.

Now that it is May and there is plenty of sandbar, I assume the old rules still apply and there is no launching off the grass (once the west winds return)?

Is open until may 31, after that it is at the discretion of the executive director and a trio of advisors will give input. But if the Sandbar is substantial the grass will be pump and dry only until sept 15th.(two weeks earlier than last year.) Pump and dry area is bigger. Other changes too. Signage and boundrys.
Have fun.

I wish the Port would make the pass transferable between cars - like the Oregon State Parks pass that hangs from the rear view mirror. I could be driving one of two different vehicles, but the Port wants to specify a certain license plate, and permanently affix the sticker into the window of one vehicle.

Just saying . . .
