Just got home from a road trip and managed to get a session in at ss last noche. It was classic spring kiting in da Gorge. Just so you know it's very kite-able til 7pm. No body was out and it was really steady.
I was on a 10mtr.RPM(best kites in the world) and J was on a 12mtr, both of us on surfboards.
The wind was light but steady. We got rigged and in the water by 6pm and were out by 7pm.
Just so you know, we both had 5/4's on with booties. It's very doable right now in the evenings.

Hey R,
That was a fun sess. Don't tell anybody though... It's kinda nice having the river to ourselves.

Ya know my philosophy is that we need to get more people into the sport so that we can take over the parking area at the event site.
This weekend is looking really nice. I'm gonna head out east and see if I can't remember how to drift launch. Maybe I'll launch at Arlington.
