Minnow..Hop scotching....everyone has to make a living. Not everyone has a trust fund like a lot of folks in Da Hood. Riders go to whoever has the most cash, gear & travel benefits. Also - some companies make you actually work..you know, do demos, turn out a video, show up to events and shake hands with people or win. I could be wrong but I remember Best Kiteboarding was an 'on line only' company at the start. Attacking the local businesses that have supported the sport for years. I may be getting one this year so I'm not hating, just saying.

Can I add that if you still suck at slalom you still ride a wakeboard. Just like if you sucked skiing you hopped on a snowboard!!! _________________ Work is over rated:-)

Water skiing.........that is so last century.
I am curious, how could water skiing comprise 3 events? (slalom, barefoot, ramp jumping?)
So if you sucked at water skiing you rode an HO Skurfer? No, you were a badass and the ski never came out of the bag once the Skurfer was in the boat. Just sayin.

never learned to windsurf; probably should have so I could have more toys to play with- learned to surf when I was a baby and kiting with a surfboard was better than trying to learn to windsurf. So no I never sucked because I never learned. _________________ Work is over rated:-)
