Vilano is my spot, there's about 5-6 regulars out there and that day I was driving over the ditch and saw a couple kites I didn't recognize. Wind was SE 18+, really a great day on the water. I went to check it and saw a strong storm line just to the west (typical Florida summer) and just had a feeling it was a bad idea so I just chilled on the couch. Poor dude really got lit up!
