Would be pretty awesome to catch a Blue Moon sesh, sounds like there could be wind somewhere, and moonrise is 7:30 pm.

Gman? Anyone?

Then you could always say "I kite once in a Blue Moon".

The first day of August was a full moon and the last day of August will be a full moon as well, rare.

Classic. It's looking good for a clear sky Friday evening session. Perfect way to close out August.

There were people on the water a Jones Beach even after the sun had slipped behind the hills.. moon was already up... don't know if that would quite qualify. Can you really see what the hell you're doing just by moonlight?

Looks like the jonesers got it first. Dont let the east siders steal our west side thunder or blue moon for the matter. Nobody remembers who got it second:-)! B
