They only fast talk to get the retainer, don't want you to over think before you commit. He hopefully was pro-bono but has habits. The 1/3 North of slackwater beach where most people paddle would be unaffected. We all have the ability to review the design, discuss, and submit comments for changes, it's just part of having a community discussion.
