I'm planning to head to either Jones or Hood River Friday afternoon (wind permitting). Care to join me? I can drive - I just don't like the idea of kiting alone. Safety and all that. FYI, I'm a 29 year old guy, and a kiting noob. I've taken a few lessons and will be working on board starts. Super thrilling stuff. Anyway - reply to this thread and we'll touch base.
