Go pro wi fi

Just bought the go pro hero 2 and the wi fi combo kit for the ability to interface with my iPhone and iPad. No luck finding the appropriate app. No software available via their website. Any info on how to connect with iPhone/iPad? Or info on when it will be available?

I just looked at GP site and they do have an active link and downloadable update for wifi connectivity for the GP2. Not sure if I am referencing what it is you are looking for, though.

The iPhone / iPad interface is not yet available.

Got the remote to work. Only after wading through pages of instructions found after googling. It seems silly that they will sell a product before they have everything worked out....especially since they promote the very features that are not available.

Nevertheless wifi remote is great for controlling the gopro on the lines.

U should feel lucky to even have one.
We are still awaiting our shipment. As we had understood it, they were not to be shipped out until all functions and downloads were through their final testing.

I thought it was also to interface with a laptop too.

Or did they take that out?

I think that any wifi device can interface with it.....once they release the software.
