at 4pm the river is nice and shiney. When you stare into it, you can see the disappointment on the face of your reflection.
hoping for a pm push, but it seems unlikely. if you feel lucky and come, bring beer.

sensors are showing gusts kicking up to almost 30 WNW at Jones and 5 mph E at Scappoose................ go figure............ |
