The recon system was for relaunch mainly. Pinch in the back wing tips, kite relaunches! Umm, try flying a 2002 slingshot fuel at rooster rock. relaunching used to consist of swimming to the side of your kite to get at a 45 degree angle to it then thrashing about and praying that it would lift off the water.
