Was at Seaside yesterday without a pump. I called up Josh and he said to come on down he had a pump I could borrow. He realized he didnt have one once I got there and gave me a brand new one just to borrow!!! We had never met before or even talked. Thats customer service!!!

Next time I need some surf or kite gear, Im heading to Cleanline!!!

Ended up having a fun sunny session, on a southerly, right out front of town on my 7m.

Agreed! Cleanline is a great shop.

We're pretty lucky in the NW, we've got a bunch of local shops that are committed to the sport and to great customer service.

I second that! A few years back I tried to find a kite shop from San Diego to Santa Barbara. Far and few between. Surf shops Just about threw me out when I asked about kite gear.
