If you have issues with snoring, you need to try these new mouth pieces that force your lower jaw out! I was skepical but they work. Life changer for me and with insurance I am only out about $100 bucks.
I went here but there are other places and I think some dentists are starting to do them.

Yes, if you have even mild sleep apnea, you're deprived of REM sleep and your oxygen levels drop below certain levels making for rough mornings. Plus I can sleep in the same room with my spouse again. And I was torturing my crew on kite trips whenever we'd share hotel rooms or camp sites. |

I am affiliated with sleep medicine network down in Salem. It is a nice way to treat snoring and sleep apnea. It tends to be easier to get used to than a CPAP machine. Good sleep = longer kite sessions |

I went here but there are other places and I think some dentists are starting to do them.
Dentists have been making them for years, and they helped develop the device.
Make sure your dentist does them on a fairly regular basis before you have one made.
Simple & effective, but some people do have a hard time getting used to using it. |

I agree that it is important to have one made by a provider who makes them regularly, as there are a couple serious and long term complications that can arise if left unmonitored. |

I might need to get one for when I read this discussion. _________________ --------------------------------
