I am making a spontaneous trip to anywhere with warm water, sunny, waves for SUP and wind for kite in afternoon. I'm leaving anytime next week and would like to keep it within a reasonable budget. Any ideas or recommendations? Besides Maui (been there several times already). Also, I'm looking to make this one stop shopping where I would bring my own kite gear but would like the option to rent a SUP

Call up the boys at Air Padre or South Padre Island Kiteboarding.

Probably your best bet for an unlimited amount of kiting or sup'ing.

Thanks Pepi. I'm actually looking at somewhere in Mexico or the Caribbean if possible

Matt,

It is Spring break! That might make your options limited.

Cabarete is great for both

Yesterday morning, before the wind came up, I counted 12 people hitting the reef on SUP's.

Pretty much every kiteschool has SUP's for rent, Big Air Kiteschool is where I rented for a morning cruise. My SUP skills are not good enough to ride the waves on the reef but it was nice to get close and watch the action.

The wind has been excellent pretty much everyday.

Just throwing it out there.

P.M. if you have any questions
