I recently moved to the Bend area from the Big Island of Hawaii and looking to get back into snowkiting. From what I researched all the spots require a sled acess and I dont have one but do have treats and money for gas. Would love to go out with you guys, hit me up this season. Aloha |

what does "grip of views and no luck" mean? Have you been taking english lessons from "the secret agent" aka david peterson?
Can you elaborate a bit more on your findings?
If your really interested in getting in contact with the disbanded Bend kiting crew, I would suggest doing a search on this site for posts that transpired I believe in Dec of '08 and '09. read the posts. . .http://www.nwkite.com/forums/t-11258.html&highlight=snowkiting+bendI think you will be able to locate a few members who post on this site. PM this guy. . .he moved to Montana or Wyoming (mit_noslrac )[url] |

grip of views and no luck means over 400 views and not one response. I spoke with mike from kiteline and he mentioned a few Bend kiters but not as many as I thought. |

Thanks I have seen that guys photos. I know of a lot of places to kite but all of them are acessed by sled. I could not imagine snowshoeing with all that gear but looks like thats what it might come down too. Only places that you can drive and park and rig are too far of a drive for me.
Do any of you guys know how to get a hold of Roger the tennis pro? I knew him from the big island and guess he lives up in the hood.. |

Get yourself and old yamaha phazer to drag you and your kites wherever you need to go. Simple reliable and you can probably get one for 500 bucks, and its small enough, light enough, to put in the back of a truck easy _________________ 1 OF 1 |

Make the Drive to Camas ID. Been there on the first weekend of Feb for the past three years, only one skunky day, from the past three trips, so pretty reliable. |
