One less thing for Sasquatch to warn us about...Mr. Hankey has a new tunnel!

The biggest public works project in Portland history -- the overhaul of its antiquated wastewater system to divert raw sewage from flowing into the Willamette River and the Columbia Slough -- will come to a ceremonial conclusion next week.

Thumb's Up

This is huge news, but will probably receive a fraction of the ink of even the smallest council scandal. Pay attention to what matters! Thumb's Up

The wind gods have blessed us kiters yet again. SI winds are blowing from the NW at 10 mph right now!

I took a big Mr. Hankey a couple of days ago and as I peered down into the bowl as I flushed, it kinda looked like a Wind Slither. It probably is floating by the beaches of SI right now and should make for some good tabletop riding.

Probably the last chance to go out and ride some sliders out at Sauvies that are from the fecal factory aka the Headwaters of the CSO.

Go get'em
