Hey Guys and Gals.

New Airush website is up!!!

http://www.airush.com/2012/

Finally got to try the new Lithium! Although I am one of them thar old school c-kiters, I was duly impressed!

On another note... Who is planning on getting out to Fairfield this year to go snow kiting? Looking for possible carpools opportunities...

Thanks, Jon

Hopefully we'll see more than the usual suspects this year. Then again maybe not....more stashes for us!

Kites check.....Speedwing check....Rebuilt sled check.....Decosse custom skis check.....Snow tires check.....Trailer wheels greased check.....Apartment with Hottub check!

See you out there Jan 7th-March 15th

Hey Brad,

What are you using for kites this winter??? I've got my 2012 7m, 9m, 11m Razors, but I am thinking of throwing a 12m Litium and 8m VarialX into the mix... Seems like the Lithiums would work best for the snow?

Catch you out there, and lets get up to Sun Valley and visit Will Burk's. Sounds like Sun Valley is all down with letting speed flyers onto certain runs. Gotta love ski areas and the slow but sure acceptance to ride and fly. Meadows... you paying attention, because you pretty much blew off my very specific and detailed letter/plan for making it possible down Clark...

See ya soon Brad... Make sure you send in that P2 paper work promotly! Congrats on that as well.

Jon

Bammers,

Yes, the P2 cert application is in the mail, almost apart of the "Brotherhood of flying mopeds"! Thanks for "sending" me off the cliff, I couldn't have done it without you.

I flew the 2012 8m Lithiums down at South Jetty this summer, and instantly I had kite envy. Although similiar shape to the 2011, they went with the three strut versus the split strut design. The 2012 are snappy fast, but not too twitchy, still grunty, and of course with delta hybrid shape you can dump the power on a dime. I heard from the designer (Mark M.) that this was what the core wave riders where requesting.

The 12m Lithium might be a wiser purchase, since there would be so many days on the water. As for Snowkiting 95% of the days in Idaho we are on big size kites. That 14 m LW (LightWind) would get used a s$$t ton in Idaho or say a Seattle JI rider.
