Up here from Bay Area, have kited Stevenson, Jones and Sauvies, currently waiting for hood river to tone down so I can use my 10M....wondered why you don't list Stevenson on the Spots section? Kited there last week and it was great, although the launch is sketchy. if you don't break your legs on the rocks or pick blackberries with your kite, its all good!
seriously, its a pretty nice spot, but maybe you don't want kooks to find out? |

The spots page is about beginner friendly locations / places that have a lot of room.
There are many many spots that we aren't interested in advertising to the masses. |

That's funny and sadly true. Buttttttt....we still have one of the best places in the world to kite. Sun...who needs effing sun! We have verdant forest, water, and less hordes of people to contend with, and a state with a much smaller budget crisis! So there!
