I just talked to the WA DOT, and they're pretty adamant that they can't include any parking in the road. This area has been historically used for access for fishing for many years, and for East wind kiteboarding for the last decade. The road project is eliminating all access. If anybody has any experience or knowledge in protecting historical access, please chime in here!
